Hempseed oil

Ingredients: 100% hemp seed oil
Cold-pressed, unrefined. When including in the diet, the recommended dose is 1-2 tablespoons per day, but especially recommended for vegetarians.
Oil can be added to soups, salads etc… Hemp oil is not suitable for heating and cooking.
Hemp oil can be stored unopened for up to 12 months in a cold and dark place (preferably up to +7OC)
After opening keep only in the refrigerator. As the oil is unrefined, with time it can sediment.

Hemp spread can be used pure – on its own or with added seasonings. It can be added to salads, porridge, cheese, cottage cheese, confectionaries and pastries etc.
Traditional Latvian recipe: mix hemp spread (in weight proportion 1:1 or by taste) with butter and use as a spread on rye bread.
Ingredients: 100% natural roasted, milled hemp seeds.
Hemp spread must be stored in a cold and dry place, in a sealed container or packaging, preferably in temperatures not exceeding +7o C.
